Welcome to Murillo Modular Group, Ltd. Our firm has installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of quality modular structures. Our founders have over 25 years of experience in the design and installation of these buildings.

The breadth of our experience in modular structures is exhaustive: from installation of travel and construction trailers all the way up to the installation of multistory modular structures utilizing 300 ton cranes. We recently developed an innovative and proprietary design for structures with ceilings high enough to accommodate high school gymnasiums-a first in the modular industry.

Our buildings are permanent structures nearly indistinguishable from conventional structures. They can be set at grade level with no unsightly stairs, steps or ramps needed for building access. Our customers love this feature, our competitors hate it.

Our capabilities include design, building acquisition, and transportation of the modular units to the site. We directly employ our own installation crews and retain some of the industry's most respected utility subcontractors for our projects. We undertake all site preparations, establish all utilities, and construct all paving and fencing. We do everything, in fact, but build the modular units at the factory (although in working with the modular factory's engineers, we instruct on most details and typically conduct in factory quality inspections before any building modules ship.)

We deliver competitive, quality modular construction in time frames that cannot be matched by competitors. Our structures are permanent or relocatable, so they last as long as conventional structures, but can be moved to a new location if the need arises.
